Summer Mushroom Stroganoff with Oat Crème Fraîche, Lemon and Dill

A rustic plate of rich and tasty vegan mushroom strogranoff. With slices of Jersey Royal potatoes on the side. Placed amongst the garden flowers.

A lighter, summer stroganoff with bronzed mushrooms, cooling dill, and a twist of lemon. This is full of flavour and finesse. The oat crème fraîche melts into the pan with white miso and mustard, coating everything in brightness and body. Eat with pasta, potatoes, or bread.
