This is common. And it’s why I carefully design bespoke menus solely for you and your venue. When food feels abundant, flavour-forward and made with care, guests simply enjoy it, without thinking twice about what’s not there.
How it Works
1. Let’s Talk Ideas
We begin with a relaxed conversation about your day – the feel you want, your guest list, your favourite flavours, and the atmosphere you imagine. Together we’ll consider your guests too: what will make them feel cared for, what might surprise them in the best way, and how to ensure non-vegan guests enjoy the food without a second thought.
2. Venue and Setting
The venue is part of the menu. I’ll liaise directly with the venue team and, if possible, visit in person. Understanding the kitchen, the service flow, and the character of the space means that I can design food and presentation that feel at home in that setting.
3. Tailored Questionnaire
You’ll receive a tailored questionnaire to gather your requirements and preferences – from the practical (dietary needs, timings, service style) to the personal (ingredients you love, dishes that mean something to you).
4. Seasonal Bespoke Menus
Using everything I’ve learned, I’ll design menus that are elegant, satisfying, and entirely appropriate: to you, your guests, the season, and the venue. Every dish is built to feel abundant and complete – no one leaves hungry, and no one misses what isn’t there. Unlike many caterers who work from set menus, every recipe can be developed bespoke for your celebration so the food feels as individual as your day.
5. Refinement and Planning
My aim is to create vegan food for you that unites. I create tables where everyone feels included. We’ll refine the menu together and confirm details such as crockery, service style, staff, and extras – from late-night snacks to dessert centrepieces. I think through every part of the food and its presentation.
6. On the Day
I bring it all together: cooking, plating, service, and coordination with the venue. You get to relax into your day knowing the food, the timing, and the flow are being handled with precision and care.
7. Afterwards
Whenever you leave, wherever you go, you can rest assured that we stay until we’re done. And we’re done when everything is tidy and clean; like we find it or better.

I listen to what you have to say, what you need, and discuss it with you. I visit the venue if I can, talk to the venue certainly, and once I’ve got the facts, I sit down and design what will be right. Not what could work, but what will work.
